William G. Fistori, President
William G. Fistori has 15 years of professional experience in the information technology industry, primarily in professional & support services.   Prior to joining DeVA (now Covisia), Bill was the Operations Coordinator and Project Manager, Far East Division, for GTECH., an on-line gaming systems  company headquartered in West Greenwich, RI. After GTECH, Bill was hired by DeVA Systems Group, Inc., where he served as Director of Sales and Business Development. He then went on to solely acquire DeVA Systems Group, becoming President and CEO. Bill had grown the company by 20% per year over a 9 year period, spanning from 1998 to 2007.   The company made the Inc. 500 (#284) in 1999 and became one of the top Citrix and Microsoft partners in the United States between the years of 1999 to 2007.   In 2008, Bill acquired stock in Aegis Associates which led to the merger of DeVA and Aegis, more than doubling their size. Covisia Solutions is now recognized as one of the largest and most successful IT services and support providers in New England.

Brian Mullaney, Vice President
Brian is a partner at Covisia, and is the Vice President of Sales; Brian is responsible for the focused sales efforts around managed services, networking and unified communications.
Prior to working with Bill to form Covisia, Brian was at Aegis Associates for 12 years where he started as a sales executive.  In 1999, Brian was promoted to Sales Manager and Vice President of Aegis.  While overseeing the sales department, Brian grew sales from 6 million to over 13 million in revenue, and established Aegis as a top Cisco solutions provider in New England.  This was done while transitioning the business from 80% hardware resale to fifty percent services revenue.

Brian graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Political Science.

Padraic Harrington, Chief Technology Officer
Paddy Harrington brings over 15 years experience in the technology industry to Covisia Solutions, Inc - formed from the merger of DeVA Systems Group and Aegis Associates, Inc. Prior to joining Covisia Inc, Paddy was a network consultant for Novell Netware servers. Paddy joined Covisia Inc early in the company's history and quickly rose through the ranks from Network Engineer to Senior Engineer to Director of Technical Services to Chief Technology Officer. With a passion for customer service and a mind for technology, Paddy has helped to implement some of the largest server based computing infrastructures in New England. As Chief Technology Officer, Paddy sets the technical direction for Covisia and oversees all technical operations of the engineering staff, putting together a team of knowledgeable and customer focused consultants who understand what it takes to implement solutions that meet Covisia's quality standard.

Steve Romboli, Chief Operating Officer
Steve Romboli has over 25 years experience in the IT industry; primarily in professional services and software support. Prior to joining DeVA, Steve was Vice President and General Manager of North America Operations for MSG International, a Brussels-based software solutions company, where he directed worldwide solution deployments. Prior to MSG, Steve served as Chief Operating Officer of Vikor, Inc., a CRM solutions integration company; and as Vice President of Products and Services at Sequoia Systems Inc., where he was led the company’s strategic service initiatives and international business units. Steve also was Vice President of Technical Services at Bull Worldwide Information Systems and has held a number of software engineering and manufacturing management positions at Honeywell Information Systems.

Peter Cullivan, Vice President Integration Services
Peter Cullivan is the Vice President of Integration Services and is responsible for Project Integration Services at Covisia.
Peter has been working with networking technologies since the early 90’s in many different functions including enterprise network design, integration, support and project management.  Peter has been with Aegis Associates/Covisia for 7 years starting off as lead engineer for the technology team and then transitioning into the role of Vice President of Technology and Service.  During this time Peter was instrumental in establishing Aegis as a top Cisco solutions provider in New England.  Prior to working at Aegis Peter lead the engineering team at Dimension Data.  While at Dimension Data Peter was responsible for the engineering team and its successful design and integration of enterprise class networks throughout the country.

John Quinn, Finance Manager
John Quinn comes to DeVA Systems Group with over 25 years experience in accounting. John has been a controller in manufacturing, high-tech and non-profit companies. As the Director of Business Administration at Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems, he was responsible for the hardware and software divisions as well as corporate communications. John has also worked in the communications and human resources departments at several start-up organizations.

John holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
