Senior Network / IPT Engineer
We are currently looking to add an experienced Senior Network /IP Telephony Engineer to our team. Successful candidates must have direct and recent experience in implementing Cisco Infrastructure and IP Telephony projects in a broad range of midsize and enterprise network environments. Local travel to customer sites is a requirement. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Primary responsibilities include:

Reviewing high-level architectural documents and translating them into detailed specifications and configurations

Hands-on implementations of the VoIP infrastructure
-
Network support and analysis and enhancement of system performance and quality.

Troubleshooting and managing break/fix issues for assigned clients
-
Create and maintain customer documentation and incident details within internal Covisia systems
-
Recognizing when to escalate and/or to ask for assistance from team members
-
Articulating technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people
Position Requirements:

3 – 5 years progressive technical experience developing and delivering Cisco Network and IP Telephony Infrastructure Solutions

Relevant Cisco certifications
-
Ability to understand business issues and to clearly explain technical alternatives to senior business decision makers.

Effective communication, listening, and written skills
-
Team player with interpersonal skills to work with sales and technical staff in a small company environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

Strong support and customer service orientation

Citrix Solutions Engineer
We are currently looking to add an experienced Citrix Solutions Engineer to our team. Successful candidates must have direct and recent experience in implementing Citrix and Microsoft Infrastructure projects in a broad range of midsize and enterprise network environments. Local travel to customer sites is a requirement. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Architect, design and implement integrated network solutions including centralized computing architectures (Citrix, Terminal Services etc.)
- Architect, design and implement Access Infrastructure solutions utilizing Citrix product platforms.
- Architect, design and implement Microsoft Infrastructure solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical and architectural support to Covisia sales team
- Present solution alternatives to both technical and non-technical senior client management
- Create technical scope of work statements and technical project documentation.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and complex problem resolution on escalated issues.
Position requirements:
- 3 – 5 years progressive technical experience developing and delivering Citrix and Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions
