“True story, and the guys at Covisia will love this. It was about 12:30 and I wanted to get an entry count and send this email. Only problem, everything was gone. The "Hoops" folder on the network drive wasn't there. I had been emailing and saving stuff and renaming files and talking and could I have really deleted the entire folder?? "We had a major issue arise late yesterday afternoon.  The was a problem with our DNS and our Website temporarily disappeared from the World wide web.  I had gotten this information from Verizon just after 5:00.  I called the help desk and kept getting a recording that all reps were busy to hold for over 25 minutes.  I tried calling a couple of people at Covisia but being after 5 did not have much luck.  I did call Hodge on his cell which I did not want to do after hours with a new problem but at this point I felt I had no other options and he did not bat an eye.  He was not able to help me himself but he was able to get to Mark that helped me out.  I just wanted all to know that in my opinion these 2 went above and beyond for me and my company yesterday and I wanted to make sure everyone knew it was appreciated."
