Senior Citrix/Microsoft Solutions Engineer
We are currently looking to add an experienced Citrix Solutions Engineer to our team. Successful candidates must have direct and recent experience in implementing Citrix and Microsoft Infrastructure projects in a broad range of midsize and enterprise network environments. Local travel to customer sites is a requirement. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Architect, design and implement integrated network solutions including centralized computing architectures (Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Terminal Services, etc.)
- Architect, design and implement virtual Infrastructure solutions utilizing Citrix XenServer platforms
- Architect, design and implement Microsoft Infrastructure solutions
- Provide pre-sales technical and architectural support to Covisia sales team
- Present solution alternatives to both technical and non-technical senior client management
- Create technical scope of work statements and technical project documentation
- Provide top level technical support for troubleshooting and complex problem resolution on escalated issues
Position requirements:
- 5+ years progressive technical experience developing and delivering Citrix and Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions
- Relevant Citrix and Microsoft certifications
- Ability to understand business issues and to clearly explain technical alternatives to senior business decision makers
- Effective communication, listening, and written skills
- Team player with interpersonal skills to work with sales and technical staff in a small company consulting environment
- Outstanding support and customer service abilities
